Amanda Miller

Amanda is uniquely positioned to assist you in all aspects of your parenting life. She has a BSc in Health Physiology, is a retired Senior Instructor for the International BodyTalk Association, runs an Integrative medicine practice, and has spent most of her adult life exploring health and well-being through various modalities and as a result, has helped many parents become the parent they envisioned themselves to be.

As a Kid Code Instructor, her focus is to help you learn simple tools/strategies that prevent you from unloading on your kids in the heat of the moment. She also spends time helping you gain insight into 'why you are feeling and acting in the ways you don’t want to', and 'what is at the root of your sabotaging habits that are stopping you from becoming the version of yourself you are always aspiring to be’.

There is nothing more satisfying than successfully preventing melt downs, explosions, lies, power struggles, food fights, etc. all while keeping your cool and building your kids up instead of breaking them down. Amanda has extensive experience with using the strategies in a family setting, with everyone in the house using the strategies. Her expertise is clear here and it can help you and your kids switch from troubling to peaceful behaviours.

Amanda will help you work through your own subconscious beliefs and expectations around parenting and explore tools that help you teach your kids how to be conscious, respectful, loving humans. She loves the curious explorations and the power of an aha. Amanda will support you to free yourself from stressful, intense, confusing parenting and help you learn simple but uncommonly powerful strategies to help your whole family feel whole.

Amanda can also help you figure out how to harness your natural strengths, find fulfillment, and understand what it is you need or want out of life.
